Archana's Favorite (chocolate chip with walnut)
Archana’s Favorite are named for a dear friend. These cookies are quite literally Archana’s favorite. Karren loads the batch with great chocolate and increases the dough’s flavor with a unique blend of flours. The result is a chocolaty cookie with incredible texture.
Banana Macadamia Nut
This cookie has a light almost cake like texture. The cookie is similar to the Jamaican pastry, “Bulla Cake,” adored by Karren’s children. The flavor notes include a hint of nutmeg and a taste of cinnamon.
This traditional American cookie is similar to Archana’s Favorite. A special blend of flours is used to increase the flavor of the dough. A generous helping of mouth-watering semi-sweet chocolate are then folded into the dough by hand. Karren’s spin on this classic make it one of her top sellers.
These cookies are a favorite with kids of all ages. The name comes from their incredible size. Each monster sized cookie is load with Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, chocolate chips, M&Ms, and butterscotch. These are truly HUGE cookies.
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
Karren only uses Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, for their superior taste and texture. As is Karren’s tradition in Karren’s kitchen, each batch receives their own generous helping of semi-sweet chocolate. The taste of chocolate with the texture of coarse oats are a great alternative for customers that do not prefer raisins in their cookies.
This is a favorite cookie of Karren’s daughter. It is a soft cookie made with Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, raisins, cinnamon, and a touch of nutmeg. The 13 year old describes these as, “Really yummy!”
Peanut butter (regular and gluten free)
Let’s get right to the point. These cookies are fabulous. The gluten free option has just four ingredients. Peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. The gluten free option is a bit more crumbly than the traditional flour based recipe, but the taste is equally delicious.

Karren credits her love affair with coconut to her parents Jamaican heritage. Both of her parents hail from the island nation. Karren says mixing the beloved coconut with chocolate, brings her a taste of Heaven. We’re pretty sure you will agree.
Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies
The flavor combination for theses tasty cookies were dreamed up by Karren’s 13 year old daughter. They are a light enjoyable cookie with a subtle sweetness and a crisp texture. They are a hit with Karren’s Brazilian clients.
Karren’s baking method: throw everything that tastes good in and bake until golden brown. This is a customizable cookie. Karren’s standard recipe includes: chocolate chip, M&Ms, raisins; pecans or walnuts, coconut, Heath bars, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter chips.

This is a traditional peanut butter cookie with a twist. Customize your order with either a Hersey’s kiss or Reese’s mini cup for an extra drop of peanut buttery goodness. This is a rich yummy peanut butter and chocolate cookie guaranteed to please the masses.
Red Velvet Sandwich
This Red Velvet confection is similar to a whoopee pie. In fact, it is baked in the same pan for a soft cakey delicious treat. A soft airy whipped cream cheese filling is nestled between two red velvet cookies. The sandwich is then rolled in crushed pecans. The result, is a rich combination of delicious flavors and textures.
This summer favorite came from a suggestion on Facebook. A fan asked Karren to create a cookie that had a lemon bar taste. Each petite cookie has an indentation filled with a tart dollop of lemon curd. Best served with strong coffee in the late afternoon sun.
